## Description

Ecomuseum.kz is a prominent non-profit organization based in Karaganda, Kazakhstan, dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability and addressing chemical safety issues. Through collaborative efforts with local schools, civil initiatives, and students, the Ecomuseum has secured financial support from European grants, enabling the implementation of innovative projects designed to mitigate climate change impacts in the region. Their initiatives include the establishment of water-saving irrigation systems, energy-efficient lighting, and educational campaigns focused on biodiversity preservation.

In addition to grassroots projects, Ecomuseum.kz plays a vital role in community awareness regarding hazardous chemical pollutants. They lead efforts to develop comprehensive action plans aimed at enhancing chemical safety regulations and maintaining environmental health. The organization collaborates with international partners, such as the Czech NGO Arnika, to strengthen advocacy efforts and foster legislative improvements across Kazakhstan.
