## Description

Economics for Inclusive Prosperity (EfIP) is a dedicated network of academic economists focused on fostering a more equitable economy and society. In an era marked by significant income and wealth inequality, reminiscent of the Gilded Age, EfIP seeks to address the challenges posed by technological advancements and globalization that have often left many behind. The organization emphasizes the importance of sound scholarship in developing and discussing policy ideas.

Membership in EfIP is open to all academic economists, requiring the submission of a collaborative 10-12 page policy brief. Members have access to a range of resources, including insightful policy briefs on pressing topics such as small business decline, macroeconomic strategies, and voting representation. EfIP also hosts online panels and conferences to promote dialogue on diversifying economics and exploring new macroeconomic frameworks. Through these initiatives, EfIP aims to cultivate understanding and solutions that lead to sustainable inclusive prosperity for all.
