## Description

Ecosystem Solutions is an environmental and landscape services organization serving the Chippewa Valley. Founded in 2023 by Adam Poch, it builds on experience in pollinator conservation, biodiversity plantings, citizen science, habitat restoration, and ecology. Poch holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and a Permaculture Design Certificate, and continues to study botany, horticulture, ecology, conservation biology, and soil science.

The organization’s mission is to create resilient environmental infrastructure that supports long-term ecosystem services, strengthens the value of natural and cultural resources, and helps communities build a future where life can thrive. Its services include consulting and site assessment, landscape design, monitoring and invasive species removal, and integrated site management. Ecosystem Solutions uses a research-based approach to revitalize marginal spaces, reconnect people with nature, improve ecological function, and reduce maintenance costs. It welcomes project ideas and collaborates with communities to develop ways to restore habitat and support biodiversity.
