Inspired, she embarked on a volunteering trip to East Timor, where she witnessed the struggles of others and found the strength to transform her pain into power. During this time, Sonya's sister asked for a recommendation for a natural spray tan that wouldn't harm her skin. Sonya's research led her to discover the lack of transparency and misleading claims in the beauty industry. Motivated by her anger and fueled by her love for natural and organic ingredients, Sonya started her own brand, Eco Tan. Eco Tan offers a range of skincare, tanning, makeup, body care, and sun care products. All of their products are made using natural and organic ingredients and are cruelty-free. Their dedication to ethical practices is evident in their certifications and commitment to philanthropy.
