ECSACOP, or the East, Central and Southern Africa College of Physicians, is a regional brand that aims to address the shortage of physicians in the region. Comprising Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, ECSACOP focuses on training physicians close to where they reside, discouraging the migration of doctors seeking training in urban universities.
