## Description

Schützengesellschaft Edelweiß-Solln 1893 e.V. is a community sports shooting club based in Munich-Solln, bringing together sporting ambition and social connection since its founding in 1893. The club welcomes newcomers as well as experienced shooters, offering introductory trial sessions and guidance as members develop their skills. Beginners do not need to bring their own equipment: the club can lend rifles, pistols and suitable gear.

Its disciplines include air rifle, air pistol and Zimmerstutzen shooting, with supported shooting options available. A light rifle provides an introduction without ammunition. Regular air rifle and air pistol training takes place on Fridays from 6 to 9 p.m.; other practice times can be arranged by contacting the club. Members can also take part in competitions at regional and higher levels, subject to the competition schedule.

The club’s activities extend beyond the shooting range to include shared meals, celebrations, competitions and excursions. Training and events are held at the TSV Solln clubhouse on Herterichstraße in Munich. Prospective members are encouraged to arrange a trial session by email.
