## Description

Edgen was an investment research service offering AI-generated stock and cryptocurrency ideas for users interested in US and Hong Kong markets. Its recommendations were presented with an entry price, stop loss, and supporting investment thesis, helping users assess potential trades and understand the reasoning behind them. Edgen also described its assistant, Ed, as tailored to each customer’s portfolio and focused on highlighting relevant information.

The Edgen service closed on 12 October 2026, and all features have stopped working. The refund request window also closed on that date. Customers who submitted a refund request in time are to be contacted at the email address on their account for confirmation; approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, usually within 30 days of confirmation. For questions about refunds or personal data, former users can contact support@edgen.tech. Edgen says accounts were closed and personal data will be deleted or anonymised as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to necessary legal, refund, and record-keeping requirements.
