## Description

Edge Theory is a crypto strategy platform for designing, testing, researching and automating trading strategies. It helps users move from an initial trading idea to a set of editable rules, then assess those rules using historical market data and simulation. Its AI tool, Pulse, converts written descriptions into draft strategies with assumptions shown for review. Strategy Lab lets users edit rules and backtest ideas, while Evidence Lab examines results beyond headline returns, including tests of assumptions and historical performance. Users can also explore Edge Theory Originals and Marketplace Bots, review published setups through Pulse Signals, and connect with the community. Depending on plan permissions, strategy and exchange connection, eligible Bots may be run in simulation or with live automation. Edge Theory offers a free plan with monthly AI credits, strategy designs and one simulated Bot; no payment card is required to start. The platform notes that backtests and simulated results do not predict future performance, and live trading can lose capital. Supported exchanges and features vary.
