## Description

Edified Projects Inc. is a 100% Métis woman-owned firm that supports individual, family, community, and workplace wellbeing and belonging. Its team of Indigenous and non-Indigenous professionals works with public, private, and non-profit organizations, as well as First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities, entrepreneurs, and writers. Guided by community resilience, transparency, reciprocity, and supportive relationships, the firm combines evidence-based methods with community-specific approaches.

Edified Projects offers five core services. Its research includes Indigenous-focused environmental scans, literature reviews, and community engagement using qualitative and quantitative methods. Program evaluation services cover evaluation design, targets and measurement tools, logic models, and decolonizing approaches that can involve Elders and youth. The firm also creates and facilitates tailored training on workplace wellbeing, inclusion, belonging, and Indigenous recruitment and retention. Editing and writing support ranges from coaching and structural guidance to copyediting, proofreading, fact-checking, and sensitivity reading. Workplace strategy includes reconciliation action plans, strategic planning, program reviews, and inclusive recruitment and retention strategies. Edified Projects is a recipient of the 2026 Mastercard Small Business Fund.
