## Description

Éditions Divergences is an independent publishing house established in 2016, focused on publishing essays, narratives and testimonies. Its catalogue brings together books that engage readers with ideas and lived experience, and includes the recent title Enfermés dehors: L’outdoor et la capture du désir d’évasion by Mathias Riquier. The publisher shares information about its latest and forthcoming publications through its catalogue and website, alongside news of its activities and events.

Éditions Divergences also maintains an event programme featuring book launches, author discussions, signings, festivals and other public gatherings in cities including Paris, Lille and Rennes. Readers can follow announcements through the publisher’s newsletter and social media channels, including Instagram and Bluesky. The monthly newsletter is intended for readers, booksellers, journalists and others who want updates on books, events and the publisher’s work.

Located at 45 Place Saint-Michel in Quimperlé, the publisher’s website also points visitors to Librairie Divergences, a bookstore in the town. The site brings together publication information, event listings and ways to stay connected with the press.
