## Description

Edmonton Tennis Community (ETC) is a non-profit organization making tennis accessible to people of all ages and skill levels across Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. Formed in April 2024 through the merger of the Edmonton Junior Tennis Society and Tennis Edmonton Association, ETC brings grassroots tennis programming together under one community-focused organization. Its goal is to create an inclusive pathway into a sport people can enjoy throughout their lives.

ETC offers indoor and outdoor programs at locations across North, South, and Central Edmonton, including beginner-to-advanced lessons, train-and-play sessions, seasonal leagues, camps, and competitive and non-competitive tournaments. Programs serve both children and adults, with school programming and community initiatives also available. Events such as TENNISfest and Empower Her introduce more people to the game and foster connection through sport.

Coaching is delivered by Tennis Professional Association-certified coaches. ETC is affiliated with Tennis Canada and Tennis Alberta and works with local clubs and organizations to support its programs.
