The Ed Murphey Classic is a Memphis-based track and field event honoring Ed Murphey, a former University of Tennessee track standout. Now preparing for its 10th annual edition, the event brings world-class athletes and competition to the city, with programming that includes the Beale Street Murphey Mile and a stop on the USA Track & Field Tour.
