## Description

The Deutsche Ehlers-Danlos Initiative e. V. is a German nonprofit organization founded in 1996 by people affected by Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS). These rare, genetically influenced connective tissue disorders can affect many parts of the body, including joints, skin, blood vessels and internal organs.
