Educate Texas is an educational initiative of Communities Foundation of Texas, dedicated to improving the public education system and ensuring that every Texas student is well-prepared for success in school, the workforce, and life. As a trusted change agent, Educate Texas works closely with partners to empower students to realize their dreams and contribute to a thriving Texas. Their goal is for all Texas students, particularly African-American, Latino, and economically disadvantaged students, to earn a college degree or credential that leads to a living wage and prosperous communities.

Educate Texas leads education initiatives comprehensively, from idea to impact, through their three P's approach: Partners, Programs, and Policies. They involve the right parties and convene action, innovate and prove programs in practice, and instill evidence-based practices and enduring policies for systemic change. Their strategy is rooted in continuous improvement, using data and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Since their inception in 2003, Educate Texas has worked with partners across the state to advance various programs and policies, with the aim of transforming educational systems.
