## Description

Edu Veterinar is the educational platform of the College of Veterinary Physicians of Romania, supporting continuing professional development for veterinarians across the country. Its purpose is to help practitioners update their knowledge, skills, and competencies so they can work safely and effectively as veterinary medicine evolves. The platform also reflects the College’s professional education requirements for veterinary practitioners.

Resources cover legislation, veterinary medicine, environmental protection, animal welfare, and food safety, with specialist material on companion animals, livestock, horses, and exotic animals. Visitors can explore practical guides, publications, presentations from veterinary events, and professional news, including updates on animal health and disease control. The site also provides access to dedicated veterinary e-learning platforms, including MedVet, and shares information about webinars, workshops, and conferences. A free online e-book service is planned, while the section is currently under development. By bringing learning materials, regulatory information, and professional events together, Edu Veterinar serves as a central resource for veterinarians seeking ongoing education and current guidance in their field.
