Education to Career Network (ETCN) is the largest adult education consortia in San Diego County and one of the 71 consortia in the state of California. With five member districts, including Escondido Adult School, Poway Adult School, Ramona Adult School, San Marcos Adult School, and Vista Adult School, along with Palomar College, ETCN offers high-quality courses, programs, and services to adult learners. ETCN is at the forefront of adult education, providing ongoing learning opportunities to more than 15,000 students annually.

Their mission is to equip students with the necessary skills to achieve their educational and career goals. From English as a Second Language (ESL) and high school diploma programs to technical hands-on training and certification programs, ETCN's campuses offer specialized classes in high-paying, in-demand careers. Through collaboration with business and community partners, ETCN creates seamless pathways for students to transition to post-secondary education or the workforce.
