## Description

EDU Chain, developed by Open Campus, is a pioneering Layer 3 blockchain specifically designed for the education sector. Supporting a diverse ecosystem of decentralized applications (DApps), EDU Chain enhances learning experiences through education finance (EduFi), gaming, AI, and recruitment, all built on the Arbitrum Orbit platform. With a focus on simplifying development, it provides bespoke SDKs and comprehensive documentation, making it easy for developers familiar with Ethereum tools to create innovative applications.

The platform hosts an exciting $1 million Hackathon series, encouraging the community to contribute to its growing ecosystem by developing engaging educational DApps over three semesters. Users can learn through various DApps, hold digital education credentials as NFTs, and utilize the $EDU token for governance and transaction fees within the network. Furthermore, EDU Chain facilitates on-chain financing options, enabling users to lend, borrow, and stake assets.

Join a collaborative community of over 80 partners dedicated to redefining education through technology with EDU Chain.
