# EDUganda - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `eduganda.org` ## Description Fundacja EDUganda is a foundation dedicated to supporting the development and education of children in Uganda. Established in the wake of World Youth Day 2016, it grew from a connection between founder Małgorzata Wildner’s family and visitors from Uganda. Conversations and a later visit to Uganda helped reveal the financial barriers many children face in accessing education and inspired the foundation’s work. EDUganda helps children pursue schooling by sponsoring their education and sending practical school supplies, including notebooks and writing materials, along with small gifts. It also shares information about children’s lives in Uganda, helping supporters better understand the challenges they face and the purpose of the foundation’s work. The organisation invites people to contribute, offer support, or share their experience.
