Edugist is an education-focused media and engagement platform that describes itself as a leading voice in Africa’s education conversation. It shares news, analysis, features, opinions and local stories about schools, universities, teaching, policy, technology and learning across Nigeria and the wider region. Its coverage includes topics such as education reform, scholarships, out-of-school children, campus life, teacher development, climate education and digital learning.

Alongside journalism, Edugist offers resources and opportunities for its audience, including scholarship listings, jobs, events, an intelligence section, an EdTech startup podcast, radio programming and education dialogues. Its initiatives and campaigns include Fix the School, Safe Our Schools, Safe2Report, Science Wired for Learning and the Out of School Children project.
