## Description

Eesti Ettevõtluskõrgkool Mainor is Estonia’s largest private higher education institution, focused on practical, career-ready learning and an entrepreneurial mindset. Its mission is to encourage an enterprising approach to life, helping students build specialist expertise, move into leadership, change careers, or start a business. The school offers applied higher education and master’s degree programmes, with study options in IT, management and graphic design, as well as English-language programmes. It also provides short courses and flexible micro-credentials in areas such as leadership, marketing and finance. All programmes include entrepreneurship studies and are nationally accredited. Teaching draws on more than 200 guest lecturers, connecting students with experienced practitioners and skills they can apply directly at work. Mainor is based in Tallinn’s Ülemiste City innovation district and also offers studies in Tartu. Its international community includes students from 30 nationalities, while partnerships with local companies support links between education and business. Additional opportunities include Erasmus+ exchanges, scholarships, a library, research activities and training for organisations through commissioned courses and a competence centre.
