## Description

Effective ABA Services, LLC provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and parent training for children and young adults ages 3–22 with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. Based in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, the organization serves clients throughout Massachusetts and is currently accepting new patients. Its approach centers on compassionate, individualized care, with treatment plans developed in collaboration with families, caregivers, and other relevant individuals.

Services include functional assessments to inform tailored ABA treatment plans and direct therapy delivered by Behavior Technicians. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide parent and caregiver training to help families support progress beyond therapy sessions, as well as ongoing training and supervision for the Behavior Technicians. Sessions take place in clients’ homes and communities.

Effective ABA Services is currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts only. The practice is led by Clinical Director Mary Kate Ragno, who has worked in ABA since 2012 and has experience across home, school, and center settings, as well as telehealth, caregiver training, and supervision.
