## Description

Egerszegi Titánok, also known as the Zalai Titánok, is a Hungarian ice hockey organization focused on developing the sport and engaging young players in the Zalaegerszeg area. The club reflects the wider growth of youth ice hockey in Hungary and aims to help make hockey a popular national sport. Its youth teams compete in age-group championships, including the U12 and U14 levels, and the organization invites children and young people to join its development teams. For younger children, its Ovikori program offers an introduction to skating and hockey. The club also provides public skating opportunities at its ice arena, connecting local residents with the sport beyond team competition. Its website shares team news, match reports, events, photo galleries, and information about the association, the arena, and ways to get involved. Egerszegi Titánok’s activities are supported in part by Hungary’s sports funding framework, including the TAO program, which allows taxpayers to direct part of their corporate tax toward eligible sporting and cultural purposes.
