## Description

Eggsploring Ltd provides schools and nurseries with an educational, hands-on chicken-hatching experience designed to bring the life cycle into the classroom. Its programs encourage children to learn by observing and caring for developing chicks, fostering curiosity, empathy, responsibility, and an interest in nature. The experience is designed to support existing curriculum topics, including biology, agriculture, and environmental science.

Eggsploring’s comprehensive hatching kits include an incubator, fertilised eggs, a brooder, feed, and detailed care instructions. The company presents the hatching process as both an engaging learning opportunity and a memorable experience for children.

Chick welfare is central to the service. When a classroom or nursery project ends, Eggsploring arranges for chicks to be re-homed with suitable local farms or vetted owners. The company notes that some teachers and staff choose to keep the chicks, provided they can care for all of them. Chicks returned to Eggsploring are re-homed on a farm in the Lancashire countryside, where they have space to roam; some remain there, while others go to approved homes.
