## Description

Centre for Digital Therapeutics is a revolutionary brand that focuses on digital therapeutics informed by lived experience to help patients living with chronic illnesses. Based inside the Toronto General Hospital, we work closely with patient partners and clinician champions to understand the lived experience of chronic illness and address therapeutic gaps. Our solutions aim to engage and empower patients through the use of technology so that they can become partners in their own healthcare.

We offer a range of digital therapeutic solutions, including tools to help patients self-manage heart failure, assist youth in managing chronic pain, improve lung health for people living with asthma and COPD, provide virtual follow up for cancer survivorship, and make managing diabetes easier, more personal and accessible. Additionally, we contribute to the research community through high-quality, peer-reviewed publications.

At Centre for Digital Therapeutics, we are dedicated to pushing boundaries in care, building effective expert systems, implementing within diverse environments, and creating measurable and meaningful value for our patients.
