The Ehlers-Danlos Support UK (EDS UK) is the UK’s largest charity dedicated exclusively to the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD). Founded in 1987, the charity works with its members to help people access trusted information, support, and fairer care, wherever they live in the UK.

EDS UK offers clear, evidence-led information through its online Information Hub, alongside a free telephone and email Adviceline. Its network of more than 100 online and face-to-face support groups helps people connect with others who understand their experiences. Members can also access practical guides on benefits and work, self-management videos, webinars, special events, a twice-yearly magazine, and the Nourished diet and nutrition programme.

The charity supports young people and provides resources for healthcare and education professionals, as well as employers. It also works to improve understanding, reduce inequality, and advance research and campaigning. Through fundraising, membership, volunteering, and its online shop, EDS UK helps fund support for people affected by EDS and HSD across the country.
