## Description

EIA is a car rental brand helping individuals keep their routines moving when their own vehicle is being repaired, they are waiting for a newly purchased car, or they want to try a model before buying. Customers can register and make reservations through EIA’s rental system, where vehicle availability, rental prices, and terms are provided. The EIA Não Para campaign offers an eligible benefit of R$ 5 back for each qualifying rental day; this is a reimbursement, not the daily rental price. To participate, customers must request campaign participation before collecting the rental car and submit documents supporting their circumstances within 48 hours of returning it. After the rental is paid and the documents are reviewed and approved, the benefit is transferred by Pix to the contract holder, within five business days of approval. Required evidence varies by situation, such as a repair invoice, a dealership proposal, or a vehicle purchase order.
