## Description

AB Eidar is Trollhättan’s housing company, providing approximately 5,200 rental apartments across the city. Its homes serve a range of residents, with options for students, young people and older adults, as well as housing in neighbourhoods throughout Trollhättan and nearby communities. Eidar also offers guidance for people looking for a home, including information on how to apply, rental requirements, student accommodation and priority options.

For existing tenants, the company provides practical support with everyday housing matters, from rent payments and moving to repairs, laundry facilities, waste and recycling, and caring for the home. Residents can access customer service, report faults and use online account services. Eidar also manages commercial premises, including available rental spaces and coworking offices, as well as public-use properties such as care homes and preschools. Its work includes new housing development and sustainability initiatives covering climate, waste, biodiversity, economic and social responsibility. Through its housing, property and resident services, Eidar supports people and organisations seeking places to live, work and gather in the Trollhättan area.
