To begin, we start with "The Call," where we discuss your expectations, answer your questions, and gain a clear understanding of what you are looking for in a trip. 

Next, we provide you with a comprehensive travel look book, showcasing handpicked locations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options based on our initial conversation. 

Once you have chosen your desired location and dates, we require a payment of $1,000.00 NZD, which is deducted from the first deposit upon confirmation of the booking. 

Working collaboratively, we create the initial itinerary, taking into account accommodation preferences, travel logistics, and activities. 

We then proceed to "Colour In The Days," refining the itinerary and providing a total trip quotation. Once you are satisfied, we collect a 30% deposit to secure all arrangements. 

When everything is finalized, you will receive the final itinerary, along with a trip manager containing all the essential information for your trip. 

Finally, we value your feedback and provide a feedback form to help us improve our services and plan better trips. With Eighth Wonder Travel, your luxury golf adventure awaits!
