## Description

It brings the main steps of arranging accommodation together in one service, allowing students to apply, upload documents, choose an available bed, pay in tenge and sign their accommodation agreement electronically without visiting an office or handling paper forms.

Applicants submit a form and supporting documents, which are reviewed by an administrator and a legal specialist. Once approved, they can select a room and reserve a place for up to three hours. Online card payments, receipts and application status are available through the user account. Agreements are signed with an electronic digital signature using NCALayer, and the platform keeps a record of each step.

For applicants under 18, a parent can review the student’s details and dormitory terms through a secure link and provide consent with an electronic signature, without creating a separate account. eJataqhana’s interface and support are available in Kazakh and Russian.
