## Description

The European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) serves as a pivotal platform for the training and knowledge exchange among the judiciary across Europe. Committed to fostering legal education and cooperation, EJTN offers a diverse range of programs including initial training through the AIAKOS Program, the prestigious THEMIS competition for aspiring magistrates, and extensive continuous training opportunities comprising seminars, study visits, and digital training.

With a keen focus on adapting to contemporary challenges, EJTN engages in innovative initiatives like webinars on digital transformation and collaborations centering on artificial intelligence in legal contexts. The network actively supports the integration of court staff and organizes exchange programs that allow judges and judicial authorities to deepen their understanding of various judicial systems.

Through its efforts, including the production of educational resources and specialized training for coordinators, EJTN is dedicated to empowering the next generation of judicial professionals, ensuring justice, peace, and democracy thrive throughout Europe.
