## Description

Ekenäs Segelsällskap r.f. (ESS) is a Finnish sailing club founded in 1897, dedicated to promoting sailing and boating. It is a member of Segling- och båtsport i Finland and Idrottssalliansen, an organisation under Finlands Svenska Idrott. In 2025, the club had 556 members, including 99 juniors and young people, and its boat register listed 233 motorboats and sailboats.

ESS encourages boating through junior activities, sailing education, regattas and other events. Its annual programme includes Wednesday races and several named competitions, with event registration available through Manage2Sail. The club also provides boating facilities in the Ekenäs archipelago, including two support locations at Stuvuholmen and Vrakholmen. Its clubhouse is located at Norra hamnen in Ekenäs.
