## Description

Ekubo Protocol is an innovative brand that has developed an automated market maker (AMM) specifically designed for Starknet. With a focus on efficiency and flexibility, Ekubo offers unique features such as concentrated liquidity and an extensible architecture. For those unfamiliar with AMMs, they serve as a connection between liquidity providers and swappers. Liquidity providers can earn fees by offering their capital, while swappers can easily conduct swaps. This creates a financial ecosystem that benefits both parties. Ekubo stands out by being the first AMM on Starknet to incorporate concentrated liquidity, extensibility, and the singleton design, which is also known as the till pattern. These features ensure enhanced performance and user experience. Starknet, on the other hand, is a layer 2 technology on Ethereum that utilizes ZK proofs to provide a decentralized and scalable platform for composable applications. While there isn't currently an associated Ekubo token, the brand aims to explore ways to share the withdrawal fees collected by their protocol with users. Although Ekubo's code isn't open source at present, they are interested in making it open source in the long term. For now, they prioritize gaining a foothold in the market and offering integrations to interested parties. The name Ekubo is derived from the character Dimple in the anime Mob Psycho 100. Overall, Ekubo Protocol offers a cutting-edge AMM solution built for efficiency and innovation.
