## Description

El Vínculo is an AI-powered platform for finding, monitoring and evaluating public procurement opportunities. It brings together tenders, grants and subsidies, and official notices from Spain and more than 35 other countries, including announcements published through the EU’s TED portal. Its semantic search helps businesses find relevant opportunities even when tender wording differs from their own, including matches hidden within individual contract lots. Users can also apply detailed filters, explore results in a map view and export selected information to Excel.

The platform sends daily email alerts for new opportunities that match saved searches and notifies users when tracked tenders change. To support bidding decisions, El Vínculo provides information on comparable awarded contracts, including winning companies and bid discounts, as well as insights into contracting authorities and likely competitors. Users can access tender documents and annexes within the platform and ask an AI chat questions that cite the relevant document and page. Additional tools include a tracking board, calendar and notes.
