## Description

Education & Learning Academy (ELA) is a UK training provider helping learners build skills, gain recognised qualifications and progress in their careers. Its programmes serve the early years, health and adult social care, residential childcare, hospitality and business sectors. ELA offers diplomas, apprenticeships and short courses, with options ranging from early years and care training to business administration, data, cyber security, project management and leadership. Courses include qualifications associated with NCFE CACHE, TQUK and APM, as well as PRINCE2 training.

Designed for people balancing learning with work and personal commitments, ELA provides flexible online and blended study, personalised tutoring and practical training linked to workplace needs. Learners can access career advice, webinars and a community of professionals, and prospective students can book a free career chat.

In its latest Ofsted inspection, conducted from June to September 2024, ELA was judged Good in all areas. Inspectors highlighted supportive teaching, a well-planned curriculum and strong learner achievement, while noting that timely completion and age-appropriate guidance for some younger learners needed improvement.
