# Elcella - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `elcella.com` ## Description Elcella is a science-led gut health brand focused on supporting appetite regulation through the gut-brain axis. Founded by gut neuroscientists Dr Madusha Peiris and Dr Ruby Aktar, whose combined research spans more than two decades, the brand offers a patented, plant-based supplement designed to deliver nutrients to the lower gut. Its colonic-release capsule is formulated to pass through the stomach and small bowel before releasing a blend of cold-pressed linseed oil, MCT oil and virgin organic coconut oil near specialised L-cells involved in fullness signalling. Elcella aims to support the body’s natural appetite-related hormone activity, including GLP-1 and PYY, and help manage hunger, cravings and persistent thoughts about food. The product is vegan and made without synthetic hormones, artificial additives or synthetic preservatives. Elcella presents its approach as a gradual, long-term option for adults seeking healthier appetite regulation and more balanced eating habits, rather than as a weight-loss drug. The brand also provides information about its science, customer results, frequently asked questions and access to its scientific team for guidance. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Nutrition Diets and Fitness _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Alternative and Natural Medicine _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/profile.php?id=61569645009660) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/elcella_) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/elcella) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idFlJGyfjy/w/3425/h/1096/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791561825653) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idFlJGyfjy/w/200/h/200/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791561825746) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Orange | #ff5215 | accent | | Blue Charcoal | #000a1e | dark | | Black Squeeze | #e0f1f4 | light | ## Fonts - Verdana — asset _(custom)_ - Alegreya Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
