## Description

Electa is a Danish recruitment and headhunting firm that has helped businesses find and assess talent since 2014. Founded by Jacob Andreasen and Claus Hvidkjær, the company draws on more than 30 years of recruitment experience in Denmark. Its name means “to pick” in Latin, reflecting its approach of carefully selecting candidates and seeking the right match between people and organisations.

Electa provides recruitment and search services for a range of roles, including technical and leadership positions. The team works closely with clients to understand their business, culture and hiring needs, then identifies, approaches and evaluates suitable candidates. Its process emphasises honest dialogue, professional insight, transparency and a dedicated experienced contact person. Electa also aims to support employers’ own recruitment efforts and strengthen their employer branding.

For candidates, the company offers access to current job opportunities and career counselling, and invites people to create a CV profile. Based in Glostrup, Electa presents itself as a responsive, trusted partner focused on delivering a thorough, informed recruitment process and lasting candidate matches.
