Our capabilities include total or partial procurement of supplies such as components, PCBs, and tools for your productions. We also provide repair services for equipped cards, BGA reballing (up to a pitch of 250μ) with automated processes, inspection of solder joints and diameter control, manual component assembly, and lead-free soldering. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes automatic screen printing tools, pick and place robots, convection reflow ovens, inspection systems, X-ray control in partnership, and more.
