## Description

Elephants and Tea is a compassionate nonprofit media brand dedicated to supporting adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. Founded by Angie and Nick Giallourakis, inspired by their son Steven’s journey as a four-time cancer survivor, the brand seeks to foster community, build awareness, and provide essential resources. Through its unique magazine, it amplifies the voices of the AYA cancer community, offering storytelling that reflects their experiences in their own words.

The organization provides a variety of programs and services, including workshops focused on healing through writing, guided yoga nidra meditation, and social events like the AYA Cancer Gabfest. Elephants and Tea also prioritizes wellness, education, and research funding through the Steven G. Cancer Foundation. By engaging the community and addressing the emotional complexities of cancer, Elephants and Tea encourages open conversations, offering tea as a metaphorical relief for the challenges faced in the cancer journey.
