# Elevate You Australia - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `elevateyouaustralia.com.au` ## Description Elevate You Australia is a disability support provider serving school leavers and adults across Victoria. With more than 20 years of experience in disability care, including Deaf culture and disability employment services, its team supports people with a range of needs and backgrounds, including those who are Deaf or hard of hearing, have learning difficulties, or experience mental health challenges. The organisation offers School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and an Adult Social, Economic and Community, Mentoring and Training Program. Services are tailored to each participant’s needs, abilities and goals, with personalised planning to support the transition from school and encourage greater independence, learning and engagement. Participants can explore pathways into further education, apprenticeships, employment, volunteering and community activities. Elevate You Australia reports supporting placements in TAFE courses, trades, retail, transport, hospitality, childcare, horticulture and other settings. Its approach focuses on helping individuals identify attainable goals and pursue a future that reflects their own interests, rather than following a one-size-fits-all program. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/WPExplorerThemes) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idH8JBBhFN/w/394/h/222/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792634814179) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idH8JBBhFN/w/600/h/600/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1754371342367) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Jacksons Purple | #24389e | accent | | Mine Shaft | #2b2b2b | dark | | Anakiwa | #9dd6fd | light | ## Fonts - Lato — asset _(google)_ - Helvetica Neue — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
