## Description

El Hilo Rojo is a sewing and pattern-making school dedicated to helping people develop practical skills and express their creativity through clothing. With locations in Madrid and San Fernando, the studio welcomes beginners and experienced makers alike, offering continuous classes tailored to different levels and interests. Students can learn to use a sewing machine, draft patterns, and take garments from an initial idea through to construction, with practical guidance and individual attention.

The school also runs specialist workshops and short courses covering upcycling, fabrics, bikini-making, corsetry, and kimono construction. These sessions help participants refine techniques, explore new projects, and transform existing clothing into original designs. El Hilo Rojo additionally offers made-to-measure sewing services and gift cards for courses, making creative learning available as a present. The team, Arabel and Maria, brings more than 20 years of combined experience in sewing and fashion design, alongside a shared commitment to teaching. Classes are presented as dynamic and welcoming, encouraging students of different generations and skill levels to learn, create, and share ideas.
