## Description

Elite Development & Supports (EDS) is a founder-led, registered NDIS provider based in North Lakes, Queensland, offering youth support across Brisbane. Founded by Denzell and Jicaro, the organisation provides hands-on, person-centred assistance for young people with disability, with a focus on confidence, independence, inclusion and meaningful connections. Its approach builds support around each young person’s interests and goals, fostering a welcoming, family-like community.

EDS offers daily personal activities, life skills development, household tasks, community participation, innovative community participation, group and centre activities, and transport. Practical support may include cooking, budgeting, travel skills, help at home and transport to appointments. Community programs are shaped around activities young people enjoy, including sport, fitness, music and social outings. Past activities have included gym sessions, bowling, escape rooms, virtual reality and Dungeons & Dragons, as well as Friday night group gatherings.

Support is available at the North Lakes base or in the community through mobile services across Brisbane.
