Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative (ELNC) is a non-profit organization based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children. ELNC works in partnership with community-based organizations to create and implement early childhood education programs in under-resourced communities. Their aim is to expand and sustain the capacity of high-quality early care and education programs, providing equitable access to education for children ages zero to five.

What started as a demonstration project in 2011 has now become a successful model that has been replicated in multiple communities. ELNC offers a continuum of education services, including Early Head Start, preschool programs, and parent initiatives like Empowering Parents Impacting Children (EPIC).
