Elor is an Israeli organization providing professional support, education and guidance for people with disabilities, children and young people at risk, and their families. Founded around 35 years ago by Alon Elroy, the organization began with one residential home in Netanya and has grown into a nationwide network of more than 40 varied settings.

Elor’s services span four main areas: residential settings, schools, kindergartens and support for people with disabilities. Its programs include special education schools and kindergartens, residential frameworks for children and young people at risk, homes for people with disabilities, and employment centers. The organization aims to tailor high-quality services to each person, while helping participants develop skills for greater independence, meaningful lives, participation in the workforce and a rich range of leisure activities.
