## Description

Elsie’s Bar is a wine and champagne bar in the heart of Zermatt, Switzerland, at Kirchplatz 16. With an atmosphere inspired by the golden twenties, it welcomes wine lovers looking for distinctive drinks and carefully chosen food. The menu pairs first-class wines and champagnes with a refined selection of Swiss and international delicacies. Guests can enjoy finger food during aperitif hour or settle in for seasonal gourmet dining in the cosy Wine and Champagne Chalet.

During the winter season, chef Juan Sebastian serves dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, featuring dishes such as bison fillet, truffle risotto, lobster spaghetti, veal tartare and snails. On Mondays and Tuesdays, chef Lukas Ryffel presents a special four-course Chef’s Table menu, refreshed every three weeks and complemented by premium wines selected by Elsie’s wine expert, Nevena Divena. The bar also offers reservations, event updates and seasonal menus. Its published opening hours vary by season, with daily service scheduled from mid-November.
