## Description

Embarc Studio is a leading Boston architecture firm that is prominently shaping the city's evolving architectural narrative. With a focus on both aesthetic and return on investment, they specialize in large-scale multi-family projects and cutting-edge commercial spaces. Their portfolio showcases a range of impressive projects, including 100 Shawmut, a collection of meticulously crafted condominium units in Boston's South End, and The DeNorman Terrazza, where they designed 107 iconic waterfront residences. Embarc also played a key role in the transformation of the historical SoWa Power Station into a modern masterpiece. Not limited to housing, Embarc has collaborated with organizations like YES to design their new headquarters, complete with a ski shop and climbing wall. Their expertise extends to the hospitality industry as well, with projects like Liquid Art House, where a restaurant is seamlessly blended with experiential art. As a trusted partner, Embarc emphasizes building strong local relationships, and their vast experience is evident in the numerous zoning approvals they have obtained. With a proven track record of over $2.85 billion worth of projects completed, Embarc Studio is a firm you can rely on for innovative and successful design solutions.
