Covering a 158-square mile area, EMCID is home to over 80,000 residents in the communities of New Caney, Patton Village, Porter, Roman Forest, Splendora, and Kingwood. With a board of eight elected individuals leading the district, EMCID strategically focuses on retail, commercial, and industrial development to create a thriving business environment. With ongoing growth, EMCID offers a range of opportunities including retail, dining, entertainment, jobs, new residential areas, and top-notch schools.
