## Description

Emily Rose Therapy is a Central Iowa practice founded by Emily Rose, offering therapy and birth doula services in an open, affirming space. Emily has supported families as a birth doula since 2010, providing care during pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and the period afterward. Her doula work centers on education, listening, respect, and compassionate assistance through significant life transitions.

After returning to graduate school in 2019, Emily earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Drake University in 2022 and expanded her practice to include therapy. She especially welcomes clients seeking support with relationships, life changes, anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, aging, grief, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach is gentle, person-centered, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on creating a supportive environment for healing.

Emily Rose Therapy serves people and families navigating vulnerable or meaningful moments in life. Visitors can contact Emily with questions or to schedule therapy or doula services. The practice can be reached by phone or email.
