## Description

E.S.S. – Emmanuel Servizi Sanitari is a social cooperative established through the initiative of Comunità Emmanuel. It brings together professionals who share a commitment to care, education and social support. Based in Puglia, the cooperative operates from offices in Lecce and Ostuni and serves communities across several local areas.

Its services support older adults, people with disabilities and individuals needing health or social assistance. These include home care for seniors and disabled people, high-intensity home care, telemedicine, psychological support and social secretarial services. E.S.S. also provides service vouchers for home assistance, operates a residential social-care facility for older adults, and offers a social-educational and rehabilitation day centre for people with disabilities. The organisation describes its work as spanning social, health and educational services, with projects including inclusive mobility and DOMUS initiatives.

E.S.S. shares news and information about its services and projects online, and invites qualified social-health workers, nurses and physiotherapists to submit their CVs. Its work is rooted in local service delivery and a cooperative approach to care.
