In addition to their training program, Emma's Torch partners with renowned chefs, industry leaders, and restaurant groups to help their graduates secure jobs. They also have multiple locations, including a flagship cafe in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, and a cafe at the Brooklyn Public Library. They have recently expanded to Washington, DC, and even became a food vendor at Citi Field.
