## Description

EmpowerBx is an NDIS-registered behaviour support practice serving children and families across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The organisation provides neuro-affirming, evidence-based support that centres each child’s dignity, autonomy, safety and connection. Its approach is informed by contemporary, compassionate ABA and recognises behaviour as a form of communication, seeking to understand its meaning rather than simply respond to it.

EmpowerBx offers Early Childhood Support to help children develop communication, emotional regulation, social foundations and everyday life skills. Play-based learning is designed to fit naturally into children’s daily environments. Specialist Behaviour Support includes personalised, step-by-step plans and practical collaboration with children, families and their support networks to build skills, confidence and connection over time. The practice also offers training and workshops, professional supervision and resources for professionals.

Guided by compassion, cultural sensitivity, connection and collaboration, EmpowerBx works alongside families to create support that reflects their values and experiences. Its goal is to help children participate meaningfully in everyday life while feeling understood, respected and supported.
